About Dr. Fox
My professional training took me throughout the Four Corners area, which
inspired my practice name. In 2009, I earned a B.A. in Psychology from the
University of New Mexico, graduating summa cum laude. I earned my M.A. in
Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, Denver in 2012, and my Psy.D. in
Clinical Psychology from the Arizona School of Professional Psychology in
2016.
Throughout my training, I have had an extensive assessment background,
including conducting diagnostic, forensic, and educational evaluations with
children, adolescents, and adults. I completed an APA-accredited predoctoral
internship at the Colorado Mental Health Institute at Fort Logan, then
completed my postdoctoral work in private practice conducting personality
and psychoeducational evaluations. I started my own practice in 2018, and I
am proud to be a trusted evaluator for numerous local schools, educational
professionals, and treatment providers.
I find this work to be very meaningful, especially given my own diagnosis of
ADHD. As a person who was diagnosed in adulthood, I understand having to
work harder than my peers, relying heavily on compensatory strategies, and
feeling incredibly validated by finally understanding the differences in my
brain. It is an honor for me to help others through this same journey and
provide answers in what can feel like a confusing or worrisome time.
Outside of my practice, I served as an At-Large Member on the Board of
Directors for the Colorado Psychological Association from 2019 to 2021, where
I also served as the Chair of the Communications committee for several years.
I currently participate in monthly consultation and Denver-area
psychologists’ groups, and attend ongoing trainings to keep current on the
latest research and tests. Additionally, I am a member of the Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce.
