  All communications are with Dr. Fox, NOT an office manager or other employee.

• No rushing clients – Dr. Fox will take as much time as needed to get to know you and/or your child, to get your questions answered, and administer all necessary tests – This is your space to feel heard.

• Reports are available the same day as the feedback session. NO waiting days, weeks, or months for written reports like some other practices.

• Emphasis on client/child comfort during testing, with breaks, snacks, treats, and shorter testing sessions to make the experience more positive.

• Fast responses to calls and emails, usually same-day.

• Dr. Fox understands the “masking” and gender differences that can occur with neurodivergence and accounts for factors that may be influencing a client’s presentation.

• Customized tests to address the key issues and not a “one size fits all” model. Pricing is also modeled this way.
